All labels must be read prior to use on purchased items as occasionally the information displayed on this website may vary slightly from that printed on the bottle/canister/box etc.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Tracking information is provided with all orders via email on the day the order dispatches, and its absolutely essential you use the tracking details to track your orders journey. It is the customers full responsibility to ensure they have provided the correct shipping details, and to track their order from start to finish to avoid delays, or shipping address errors. In any case that the above has not been adhered to a refund or replacement will not be offered, and delivery will be charged to have the items/items resent if the order is returned to our warehouse.
If you are not in when your order arrives the delivery drivers normally leave a card. You can then either re arrange delivery or collect the items in person at your local depot. However, sometimes a card is not left, so it is vital that you track your order from start to finish to avoid delays or the possibility of the order being returned to us back at the warehouse. In any case that the above has not been adhered to a refund or replacement will not be offered, and delivery will be charged to have the items/items resent if the order is returned to our warehouse.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
All non stocked items ordered specifically at the customers request are non refundable.
Non Stocked Items
We are able to source any Youngevity product that is not on our website which generally takes around 10 days to arrive. Payment for non stocked products has to be taken in advance and all ordered non stocked items are non refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you are not happy with a product please contact us and we will deal with your concern on a case by case basis. We may offer a partial or full refund and or a replacement item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation – Order Cancellation
You may change your mind and cancel your order within THIRTY (30) working days after the day you receive your goods. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund: The full purchase price
Note: If you choose to cancel your order you will be expected to return the goods in your order to us in perfect condition. Supplements for Health will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us) and if you fail to return goods to us we may charge you for the cost incurred in collecting them from you.
